アイムセクシーとか、歌っちゃう人ですから。
このくらいの内容は、軽いジャブでしょうね（笑）
Responsibility and fidelity never meant a thing to me
とありますが、「責任だの貞節だの、俺には関係ないってことよ」とのたまっております。
never meant a thing to meで、「私にはまったく意味をなさない」となります。
つまり、「どうでもいい」「関係ねー」ってことですね。
その逆、「私にとってすごく大切（大いに意味がある）」と言いたければ、
It means a lot to me.　となります。
一緒に覚えておきましょう。
タイトルにもなっている、looseですが、緩い、緩んだ、という形容詞ですね。
きつく結んでいない、ゆるゆるな、グラグラしている、というイメージです。
そこから、「だらしない、ふしだらな、無節操な」という意味に、発展していきます。
ロッドのこの歌は、そちらの意味ですね。
俺は、生まれつきルースな男なんだ、とおっしゃっておられるわけですｗ
日本語では「ルーズ」と言いますが、英語の発音は無声音、「ルース」なので要注意！
有声音が日本語になった時点で無声音化する、というのはよくあるパターンですが、
これは珍しく、その逆転現象（無声音⇒有声音）が起きていますね。
