Oh, a boy! I don’t work with the males ‘cos I (used) to be one.
Yikes.

Leyla, get back in your cell! Don’t make me get the hose! Hello?

I’m sorry. The position has been (filled).
Oh, nightmare!

Hello? I’m calling in (regards) to the ad I read in the paper.
Yes. Well, would you tell me a little (bit) about yourself?
Oh, certainly, dear.
For the past 15 years I’ve worked for the Smythe family of Elbourne, England. That’s Smythe, not Smith, dear. And for them, I did house cleaning, cooking, and took care of their four glorious children. I grew quite (attached) to them after 15 years, but they grew up, as children tend to. Oh, but listen to me. I am going on when you should be telling me about your little ones.
Let’s go in for the kill.は、「よし、とどめを刺すぞ！」とか、「いよいよ王手をかけるぞ！」
という意味の、慣用句です。
ここでは、散々変な人（英語もろくに話せない人とか）から電話がかかってきて、
うんざりしている妻を、あと一押しで落としてやろうという、ロビンの意気込みですね（笑）
上品そうなイギリス婦人、いかにも上流階級の家庭の教育係をしていました、
と言わんばかりの雰囲気に、妻はすっかり騙されてしまいます(○´艸｀)
in response to～とか、in regard to～は、ビジネスでもしょっちゅう使いますね。
実際に、求人広告を見て電話をするときは、こんな感じなんだというのがわかる、
良いシーンだと思います。
ただ、ひとつだけ。
決して、ケチをつけるわけではありませんが、イギリス人は、take care of よりも、
look after という表現のほうを、よく使うように思います。
この時代は、まだまだハリウッドにイギリス人が進出していなかったのでは、ないでしょうか。
イギリス人俳優で、ハリウッドで成功した人って、少ない時代だったと思います。
今ならイギリスや、オーストラリアの俳優も、たくさん活躍していますからね。
このあたり、もっと変わっていたのでは、という気がします。
